Refund Policy

Refund will be available within 15 days of purchase for any non-custom item.

 

After 15 days, store credit is available for another 15 days for a total of up to 30 days after purchase.

 

Customized items can only be replaced with compatible items for 15 days after purchase providing the item has neither been used nor damaged by the end user. No replacement will be provided after initial 15 days.

Damage or use by the customer forfeits any refund or credit.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. In the event of shipping damage, we will work with the customer and the shipping company to rectify any issues.
